1.When you receive a damage package,Please take pictures and videos of damaged packages.

2.When you find it is a defective screen before installing.

3.If you get wrong color or model of lcd touch screen.

4.If you haven't receive the package.

We provide replacement service if there is any quality problems,but display need meet the following requirements:

A. Lcd has logo.

B. Lcd is in the warranty period.

C. Lcd is not man-made damage.

Note: If LCD touch screen is man-made problems, there is not any warranty.

IMPORTANT

*Be sure to take video of the the whole process from opening the parcel to pre-installation tests should be provided to us within 72 hours after you received. If any problem arises, you can send your video as valid evidence. We DO NOT accept any dispute without full video evidence.

*Check the package. If you see any serious damage to the packet, please stop the process and take some pictures.

*Test the item before installation. If the item have any problem, please stop the process and contact us.
