B- The first thing to do is to make a comprehensive inspection and testing when you receive our products , and if you find any problems , please contact us and we will step in to help within a day . All our products are with warranty labels , we no longer accept any complain or dispute once the label is ripped off .

C- If our product is opened or disassembled or repaired without permission , then it no longer enjoys our warranty . In addition , we do not take responsibility if the product is damaged by water or human factors .

D- We offer a partial refund or return and refund if the product has any problems within 15 days of order delivered , and we will pay for return shipping . We only provide a free repair service when the order has been delivered for more than 15 days , and in this case the buyer pays for return shipping .
